Security+, GG EZ
A few hours ago, I took and passed the Security+. I was much more confident with this one, compared to the Network+. However, the results are still the same, I passed and I can move on with my life.
It took me about a week and a half to study and learn the material. I’d say I spent maybe 20 hours in total. My goal was to finish before my coming trip, which I’ll write an article about afterwards ;) .
This exam was the last exam of my entire Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology. To complete my diploma I just need to write my final paper/thesis/capstone. Then comes the real challenge, finding a job!!
One word of advice to people taking the exam: KNOW YOUR ACRONYMS! Look at the exam objective list of acronyms and memorize all of them. Or don’t.

I only watched Jason’s video series at 1.5~2.0x speed, took notes, did two practice exams, while asking Chat-GPT questions on what I was learning at the time. Jason Dion is known for going broader then the exam topics, but all the same I learned a LOT.
