My Year in Review: 2024 2024 was an eventful year for me. So in no particular order, here’s what I’ve been up to. I officially graduated with my Bachelor’s in IT from WGU. I finished my last class in December of 2023, but all the paperwork was finalized in January of 2024. It took a fair amount of work, but my experience was very positive overall. It’s been a while hasn’t it? I honestly thought I was shouting into the void when I made this website. My intentions were to create a site that maybe an employer would look at and say “neat”, however, my brother and friend Emric revealed that they do actually look at my read my website. They’ve revitalized my efforts to update, and create more personal projects that I’m proud of. I’m writing this now because of them. I also went through quite the effort to recover the project files and access the server with my new computer, fixed a bug with the dates on the website, and removed some old information. ...

Rain, Coffee, Evergreens My opinions on cities have always been mixed, in my mind I always picture the negative, smog, homelessness crisis, cramped, traffic, etc. While Seattle is not necessarily free from these problems, it did exceed my expectations in other ways. The proximity to the sea provides a fresh ocean breeze,along with fresh, delicious fish and seafood. The way this city integrates itself amongst the temperate rainforest backdrop is truly a beautiful sight. The main reason I have for visiting, however, is almost always the people. ...
